So...How was your week? Did you meet your goals?
My Goals this week(same as last)...
1. Go to the gym 3 times!
I would like to say more but this works.
2. Keep up with my water!
Somedays I do great, but others not so good!
3. Work out on the wii fitt everyday.
You can see the calendar that this is something I need to work on :) Do you like my Mii?
4. No Junk including coffee, alcohol, and baked treats for this week.
Last week didn't work out so well with this one.
5. Keep up with portion control!
This is so hard! I love eating food!

You can do it! If you think of it this way, you may slip up once in a while but we're only human. :) We are 75 percenters haha.
I am not entirely sure what this week's goals should be. I'm already good with water - I drink tons of it and except for my coffee in the morning, that's all I drink otherwise.
I am setting a goal of walking on the treadmill every day for 30 minutes. I also want to get started on the Soloflex at use it three times between now and next Wednesday. Now I just have to have my husband show me what to do! haha
Great goals! I need to drink more water too. I can't give up my coffee, although I drink it black so it isn't as bad as the gourmet coffee that you can get at a coffee shop.

I need to drink more water, although its my drink of choice, I can go hours without noticing I haven't drinken anything. So bad. I've fallen of the band wagon a little bit too.Get back on tomorrow!
