Watch My Weight Wednesday!

Hi Everyone!  I hope your weeks have been going well?  The last 2 weeks have been so busy for me!  With all sorts of company coming and going, and being busy everyday, I have had no time for me!  My kids have been away and I was hoping on having lots of me time, just to take care of myself.  But it didn't work out that way.  So my weight is the same.  I am stuck at not such a bad number on the scale.  I am not going up, so that is good right? 

Next week my kids go back to school.  So back to routine should help.  And I will have more free time to spend in the kitchen, planning meals, and preparing food.  Which I am positive that has been contributing to my no weightloss.

That's great you've done so well with maintaining your weight the past couple weeks. Summer is always hard. It's super busy, the weather can be stifling sometimes, and at times we're just too tired to put much thought into meal-planning or cooking healthy. The changing of seasons should improve things, at least for me. I'll find it easier to regularly get to the gym at least!

I've actually lost a lot of weight this summer due to all of the outdoor activities available to me. Walking, biking, etc. I am now concerned about just the opposite. How to stay fit when the cold sets in. I love to eat and hibernate :) A recipe for disastrous weigh ins. lol

August was a good month for me. I lost nine pounds, and I'm hoping to end September the same way. Congrats on maintaining! :)

I find it difficult as well during the summer as it is such a busy time at our place. I do get some activity in but it is not the same as regular workouts. I have restarted Weigh-in Wednesday on my blog which helps keep me accountable. Linking up for the first time today. Thanks for the great blog!
