Watch My Weight Wednesdays

So...How was you week did you meet your goals?

My Goals this week...

1. Go to the gym 3 times!
2. Keep up with my water!
3. Work out on the wii fitt everyday.
4. No Junk including coffee, alcohol, and baked treats for this week.
5. Keep up with portion control!

I had a simple goal this week- less sugar.
I notice my joints hurt more when I eat too much- really!
Keep up the good work losing weight and being healthy and encouraging us all to do the same!

My week went fairly well. I did better with my water intake, ate more veggies, and lost 2.2 lbs. Unfortunately, I got strep throat and was not able to exercise as much as I had planned.

This week I am continuing to train for my first 5K on Mother's Day. I will try to continue drinking lots of water, eating more veggies, and lose at least 2lbs.

Here's a quicky yummy recipe...

1 banana
handful of spinach
some stevia or bit of honey
1.5-2 tbs unsweetened cocoa
1 tbs almond butter
I cup of milk (can also use soy or almond milk)
handful of ice cubes

Blend and enjoy!
