Veggie Stir Fry!

Vegetable Almond Stir Fry

A yummy vegetable stir fry!  A side dish to complement any main dish or a yummy lunch! 
  • 1 tbls soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbls honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced   
  • 1 tbls fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • chopped broccoli 
  • A few stalk of celery sliced
  • carrot, cut thinly
  • A whole lot of bean sprouts (you can use what ever veggies you have of course) 
  • A handful of almonds
Directions
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, mustard and red pepper flakes.

In a wok, saute all ingredients, stirring 5-7 minutes. Add sauce.
Enjoy!

That is an abundance of vegetables :) Adding a touch of ginger as well, very tasty!

I love stir fry! Chuck a bunch of veggies in a pan and create some sorta sauce and it always turns out great. Thanks!
