Strawberry Banana Coconut Milkshake (with an optional kick!)
- Strawberries, washed and hulled.
- Banana, frozen if you have one, fresh if you don't.
- Coconut milk about a cup (if using canned-half a can coconut milk w/half can water)
- 4 oz Baileys (optional, also can substitute with rum)
Also can be made ahead of time and put in freezer(but not to long as you don't want it to be totally frozen) whirl in the blender again for a colder treat!

Yes! I'll be trying and drinking, this one. Thanks!
Can't wait to try this one. I'm only running one blog now but you might want to check out http://sickandtirednomore.blogspot.com for some of my older recipes. All new stuff on http://scrubbybush.blogspot.com. Hope to see you there.
Yum!! I'm trying this today! And with the kids home, I need a little kick once in a while! Thanks,
Wow, those look delicious! We actually just bought a blender too so I've been looking for some recipes. :)
And thanks for entering my giveaway. If you're interested I'm also doing a Weekend Wind Down meme (every Sat & Sun): http://www.susiebhomemaker.com/2010/06/weekend-wind-down-fathers-day-edition.html
This looks incredibly delicious, and definitely healthy (for the most part). I can't wait to try it - both ways!
Now that looks delicious!
YUM! Gotta try this too, only no substitutions ;)
The lentils look great, too!
Are you trying to fatten me up ;)?
Leslie - Moderation is key! If you make your own coconut milk it really isn't to bad :)
Everyone - Did any of you try it? Let me know!
Anyone who incorporates booze in their healthy living menus is a friend of mine! They look great! Cheers!

Your healthy easy recipes really look great. I often order milkshakes, but this one looks much better than those in cafe.
