Monday - Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas and Salad.
Tuesday -  Soup (Homemade Turkey) and salad.
Wednesday - Buttered Chicken with rice and Raw veggies.
Thursday -  Veggie Lasagna and raw veggies.
Friday -  Roast beef, potatoes, and salad.

Oh... Black bean and corn Quesadilla I never thought of that! That's a super meatless Monday meal.
