1 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
2 Tbls applesauce
2 Tbls Sesame seeds (be creative add what you like!)
1/8 tsp Salt
Dash of your favourite seasonings
1/2 cup Cottage cheese
Mix all ingredients except cottage cheese
Put cottage cheese into a blender, blend until smooth.
Add Cottage Cheese and mix till a ball forms.
Roll out dough thinly.
Prick dough all over with a fork.
Cut into squares.
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
