Easy Cheese Cake Brownies For your Valentine!

Easy Cheese Cake Brownies For your Valentine!

Happy Valentines Day Everyone!  Here is  my special cheese cake brownie recipe perfect for valentines! Be careful...this is not one of my "healthy " recipes.  These brownies are very addictive so if you make them make sure you have lots of people to share with!

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 melted butter
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 1pkg softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease your 9x13 baking dish.
  3. In big mixing bowl whisk eggs with sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Add in flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
  5. Melt butter and add to the mix. (do not forget to melt the butter! the recipe will not work if not melted)
  6. Save 1/2 of the batter, set aside
  7. Using a hand mixer, mix cream cheese.
  8. Add sugar, vanilla,  and egg until blended.
  9. Pour mixture on to brownies
  10. Drop brownie mix and using a knife make swirly patterns.
  11. Bake at 350 for  30 mins!

Let cool before enjoying!  Yummy!

I think I'm too lazy to make these, but I love the brownie cut into a heart-shape. Brilliant!

I just made these again although, instead of doing the cheese cake/cream cheese part, I used 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey and 1 tsp. vanilla. I then mixed that by hand and applied it as the recipe calls for....they were Fantastic!!!! Thanks again for this recipe!
