Dragon Fruit is definitely worth a try! It is so easy to prepare...just cut in half and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Cut into chunks! The little black seeds are similar to the kiwi seeds. The fruit has a pleasant flavor, not to sweet. And it is so healthy for you! Your kids will love it!

I've never tried Dragon Fruit before, but it looks delicious! I'm definitely going to have to grab one on my next trip to the grocery store. At least now I'll know how to cut one! :)

I tried dragon fruit once. I LOVED it! But, since I wasn't sure how to cut it, I ended up with a pricker in my finger :( Not happy about that.

I love dragon fruit. Did you know is can also be pink in color? It has a slightly different flavor, but is still good.
