Watch My Weight Wednesday!

Just a reminder to enter my Giveaway for RevAbs

On Monday I started the RevAbs 14 day Jump start program!  The 14 day program provides me with meal and snack plans.  Including when to eat, what to eat, drink, and workout routines.  It is great!  I am on my 3rd day and am very excited to see what results will come after 14!
I am still getting used to the workouts, but the meal plan is easy and is working out fine for me!  I even got my hubby to do this program with me!  So I am super motivated!

This weeks link up is more of last weeks!  The more you linkups the more chances you have to win The RevAbs program!  Please link up one link per week.
Just comment to let me know you linked up, so it will count in the contest!

Good Luck!

Good evening Angie. I finally remember that it's Wednesday and you're day. I'm sorry I haven't remembered the past couple of weeks. So much to remember at times and just not enough time in a day.
Thank you for hosting such a great blog hop. I'm off to read and learn.
Take care and God Bless!!
oh by the way, that would be a cool give away to win too. I'll be over to enter.

I think your husband being a supporter is such a huge advantage. Over the last year and a half I have taken off 40+ pounds doing it the "healthy" way by watching what I eat, with the occasional indulgences and increasing my activity levels. I am now down to my last 9 pounds before I am to my goal weight of 120! Keep it up and continue setting a good example!

I did the Atkins "induction" jumpstart program and lost 12 lbs. in the first week. That may not sound like much, but for a slow loser like me, it was. I have gotten off track mostly due to finances. But am getting back on now and know I will be feeling better within the first 3 days of starting. Like your blog hop! It's different.
