Thursday - Veggie Lasagna and raw veggies.
Friday - Roast beef, potatoes, and salad.

Oh... Black bean and corn Quesadilla I never thought of that! That's a super meatless Monday meal.
What time is Friday's dinner? I'll be there and what kind of wine? I'm thinking red if you're serving beef... Have a wonderful week!
