4th CSA Share

Kale, cabbage, rainbow swiss chard, herb bouquet, parsley, strawberries, radishes, and green onions.

  1. The swiss chard, what have you done with it? I am tempted to try it in something tonight if they have it at the store. All the farmers markets are 30 or so miles away form me. :(

  2. Hi Priscilla,
    You can saute it, or just eat it in a salad. I cut the stems like I would a celery. It makes a garden salad look wonderful!
