Ingredients:
9 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 lime, juiced
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup yogurt
1 lime juice
2 tsp chipotle sauce
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in bowl or bag and marinade for 2 hours. You do not want to marinade to long when using yogurt as a base.
- Then make the sauce and refridgerate till ready to serve.
- When ready, grill till cooked! The nice thing with thighs is that they are so easy and fast to grill!
